Run-time

• An INPUT Process Optional Child's Post-Invocation executes differently in 4.0 than in 3.5. It appears that this difference occurs when an optional child has Pre-Invocation and Post Invocation ILF exits, but no actual optional child process. This has been corrected. (#4788)
• Processing the DD by using the option available on the "Design File Management" menu did not always actually process the files. This has been corrected. (#4810)
